Kia ora , Talofa lava, Mālō e lelei
Unfortunately this year's Pasifika Fono has been postponed due to the impact and uncertainty surrounding the current COVID-19 virus. Based on the advice and directions from the New Zealand government, the Pasifika Fono will be postponed until 20 - 21 April 2021. We are saddened to announce that the Fono will no longer be taking place this year, however in light of the developing situation, it is important that the safety of our members and staff comes first.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we will be issuing refunds for the registration fee paid. We recommend you get in contact with the accommodation supplier and airline you may have booked with as soon as possible.
If you have any questions surrounding refunds or the postponement of the Pasifika Fono, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The theme for Fono is Na leo i Ko'olau
Na leo i Ko’olau honours the voices of our ancestors whose knowledge, wisdom, shoulders we stand on.
Na leo i Ko’olau honours where we come from and who we come from.
Na leo i Ko’olau reminds us that there are many compass points we, as wayfinders, can set sail towards.
Registrations are now open, registration fees includes the conference dinner on Tuesday evening.
